  World Cup 2010: England twitter.com/dixiessixty Fabio Capello announced England’s 30 man provisional World Cup squad and made one big mistake – neglecting to call up Phil Jagielka. There were two rumours surrounding Fabio Capello’s choice of players. The first was that he wasn’t going to pick unfit players, and the second was that he preferred specialist players over those that excelled in multiple positions.
